SUCCESS! After years of trying to track down an elusive Type 1, The Highgate Vampire, I've finally had a break-through. I've managed to get my police contact to open up a few closed files and I've used the descriptions to create an image of the person in question. Is he a real Type 1? Do you know his movements since the time in question? Can we find him? These are the questions I'll try and answer over the coming weeks...
Possible Charing Cross ghost... although the more I look at it the more I think it might just be shadow. Will look into it. Who knew the railways were such a magnet for death?
These two apparently died at Finsbury Park tube station, London, as a result of a chase that went terribly wrong. Witnesses weren't sure if they were larking about or if it was something more sinister... The pair can still be seen chasing each other round the station after hours, scaring tube staff witless. They never manage to find the exit though, always end up on the tracks, where they disappear and the whole thing starts again.
I'm very interested in Type 2s that exist in or around railway stations. Take this, for example... it's thought to be the ghost of a student who stumbled and fell in front of a train after a heavy night of drinking. Apparently his ghost still walks with a slight drunken stagger.
Plus other fascinating stories, including a possible new vampire HQ in Liverpool and a vampire caught on camera in Bristol.
I've also been given a name to research... JOHN MARSHALL. Or it could be MORRIS. Or MITCHELL. It was a bad line, but I'll look into it.
Remember CenSSA... stay vigilant.
My contact in Liverpool has been in touch again with this latest missing person he's spotted in the city. I'm sure this may be a sign of vampiric activity... I'll reveal more in my new video post coming soon.
Look at this golden spectre in the basement of an insurance office in central Belfast. Is it a weak Type 2 spirit, or just the camera flash/lighting conditions? Hmmm... I'm not decided. Remember to stay objective, CenSSA. Common sense is our greatest weapon.
I've been sent this missing persons poster from a contact in Liverpool. Apparently this guy was fairly new to the town and kicked up a bit of a fuss while he was there, but now he's gone missing. I'm suspecting a possible vampire connection. Don't worry CenSSA, I'm looking into it and hope to bring you all the facts in my next video.
This photo from a cemetery in Ordsall, Nottinghamshire, clearly shows a young male Type 2 on the left-hand side. I'd like to know who he is and what's his story. Is he visiting someone? Is he connected to the location in some way? Incredible evidence, I'm still reeling from this one.
PS - You can click the image to see full size. Should have said that on post one, shouldn't I? lol
Right, finally got this camera up and running and created the first of my CenSSA broadcasts. Exciting stuff, and much easier than all this endless typing... Anyway, I'll try and put together as many of these videos as I can, probably about one a week summarising my findings as I go along.
I've been uncovering some fascinating research and can't wait to share the latest with you soon. But don't want to blab too early before I have the facts or I might jeopardise a case. You understand, I'm sure. So to start with here's my msg about who I am and what CenSSA is all about.
Stay with me, CenSSA members. It's going to get exciting. I can just feel it.
GROUNDBREAKING TYPE 1 EVIDENCE. Jennifer McAdams in Liverpool snapped this image of a suspicious stranger stood outside her house in the rain. The vampire is not visible on camera, but the rain outlines his face and body. The vampire tried to break in but found the doors locked and moved on. BE EXTRA CAREFUL IN THIS AREA. I have suspicions that something substantial is happening in this location. More research required.
Have you seen this? It's a ghost on the bridge in Aira Force near Ullswater in Cumbria. DEFINITE Type 2. Note how the camera pics up a coloured edging under these dusk conditions... Interesting. Thought to be of a local poet who plunged to his death in the 1920s. Verdict: Suicide. Hikers or ramblers in the area be vigilant and look out for further evidence.
This is Euan McMillan, a former Glasgow police chief. McMillan retired in the 1960s, and was finally confirmed as a Type 1 in the 1980s. Age and current location unknown.
SOLID TYPE 3 EVIDENCE. Taken on London's South Bank two days after a full moon. Look at the scratches on the right-hand tree. That must have been a huge specimen. A careless location for a transformation though.
Right, I've bought a camera to do some video updates if I can get the damn thing to work. Will try and get it installed and up and running soon. Better get some work done now though, got a busy afternoon ahead. Better not let the boss catch me spending my time on here, lol.
Kyle Dokic, known vampire spotted in Sheffield. Turkish accent, 6'1", last seen wearing brown suede jacket, blue jeans and brown Italian leather shoes. Used to run a night club, bit of a local celebrity, but recently went missing when rumours of his Type 1 status came to light. Have you seen him?
Definite Type 2 spirit at the back-right. Have looked into it... Landlord Keith Harvey died in suspicious circumstances in 2005. May have unfinished business at the location.
Hmmm... streaky glass or a Type 2? Not convinced by this but there may be something in it. Photo taken at a house in Warrington. Be vigilant in that area.
Have a look at this - Possible spirit of a baby to the bottom-right? Child Type 2s... not something I've looked into before but there may be something in this. Will make a note.
Welcome... This is CenSSA: The Centre for the Study of Supernatural Activity. And I'm not over exaggerating when I say this is one of the most exciting areas of study in modern science.
On this site I, Lloyd, aim to collect all my research about the supernatural world. I'll bring together solid evidence of Type 1 (vampire), Type 2 (ghost) and Type 3 (werewolf) activity. Using this pioneering research I'll attempt to build up a distinctive picture of supernatural Britain... including behavioural patterns, hotspots and how to spot a Supernatural in your area.
By reading this blog you are now a part of CenSSA, and I need you to help me with my research. So keep those eyes peeled for any clues you may find. In return I'll endeavour to update the site frequently, so do come back soon and check my updates.
Welcome to CenSSA: The Centre for the Study of Supernatural Activity. Here I’ll be pulling together all my research on supernaturals (AKA werewolves, vampires and ghosts) and sharing it daily.
